Definition
The scope of the project is reviewed with the client including available information, size, complexity, view(s) desired and schedule.
Proposal
A brief one-page proposal for services is prepared and forwarded to the client for review and signature.
Information
The client then provides information so that work can begin. This may be in the form of photos, reconstruction drawings or survey data. Research can also be conducted by ArchaeoFX, in which case the client will be made aware of any costs associated with this.
Preliminary Review
After partial completion of the 3D model simple renders are produced of several proposed views which are then reviewed with the client, usually via email unless another method is requested.
Ongoing Review
Throughout the production process the client is updated with images demonstrating the progress of the project. This is to aid issues associated with archaeological interpretation.
Final Reviews
A preliminary final rendering is produced and reviewed with the client. The rendering is then refined based on client feedback provided for further review.
Final Rendering
The final rendering is provided as an image file in a format of the client’s choice. If requested the 3D files will also be provided.
